I like building the systems behind better decisions
I'm Stephen — a program and product leader with 10+ years across AI, data, analytics, and operational transformation. Currently leading enterprise GenAI at Alaska Airlines and building SchoolIntel, a parent-facing education intelligence platform powered by multi-agent AI.

How I create clarity, trust, and momentum across complex work
Systems thinking applied to organizational delivery.
I connect strategy to execution.
A strategy only matters if teams can act on it. I turn vision into roadmaps, operating rhythms, decisions, owners, and delivery plans that hold up in the real world.
I make complexity easier to move through.
The best programs do not hide complexity. They organize it into clear decisions, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps.
I earn trust through clarity.
Leaders, engineers, analysts, and business teams should all understand what matters, what changed, what is blocked, and what decision is needed. Clear communication reduces noise and increases speed.
I build systems, not one-time wins.
I care about mechanisms that keep working after launch. A strong solution should improve how the organization operates, not just solve the immediate problem.
The path here
I started my career in GE's Digital Technology Leadership Program, writing SQL, automating financial data pipelines, and learning how technology can create leverage inside large organizations. Since then, I've moved through analytics engineering, BI leadership, product strategy, and program management. At Nordstrom, I learned how to align teams around customer outcomes. At Alaska Airlines, my work has brought together data platforms, AI, operational strategy, and enterprise delivery, turning complex problems into products and systems that scale.
SchoolIntel is my founder chapter. It is where I am building from a blank page across product, platform, brand, and business operations, bringing together my interests in education, data, AI, and better decision making.
The rest of me
D1 baseball shaped how I work. It taught me discipline, competitiveness, and how to move forward after failure without letting it define the next opportunity. Hiking, sports, and eating good food and matcha help me reset. I am also endlessly curious about real estate, education, AI, and how better systems can help people make better decisions.
